Flew back from Addis to Kampala and was met by Sandy of the Kabaka Foundation. From there he drove me to meet Matiya Lubega, the head of the Foundation to discuss future co-operation with Camara.

The Kabaka Foundation was set up by the Kabaka to support community projects in the kingdom of Buganda. This is the traditional kingdom of the 3 million Baganda people and is centred in Kampala. Buganda represents the largest kingdom in present day Uganda. The current Kabaka or king is Muwenda Mutebi II who has ruled since 1993 when this position was reinstated by the Uganda president Yoweri Museveni.
