This week marks Science Week in Ireland & Camara is extremely excited to be a part of it this year. Science Week is a way to expose Ireland to the different and new types of science that are a part of everyone’s lives and the foundations for the future. This year’s theme, “Science – Shaping Our World” gives Camara a perfect opportunity to express their work and goals. Throughout the week Camara will be giving tours of the workshop, along with interactive activities involving the physical disassembly and assembly of a computer and a quiz on the Wikipedia software that is installed on all Camara computers. Today, Camara hosted students from CBS School, St. James Street, Dublin 8, in their Dublin workshop on Thomas Street. Another group of students from CBS School as well as 5th years from Presentation Girls School, Warrenmount, Blackpitts, Dublin 8 & a group of 4th year boys from Clongowes Wood School, Kildare will also be visiting Camara.
