Camara is organising two training sessions every week prior to the event. Training Sessions will consist of light warm-up followed by a 5km run, jog or walk – entirely up to you! Then a short cool down. Please wear your Camara T-Shirt if possible.
Next session is this Wednesday, April 1st, St Stephens Green Park, 18:00 at front gate of the park, the entrance facing the Stephens Green shopping centre.

For those of you who can’t make that training, there is one every Sunday at 9:30 a.m. at Martello Tower, Sandymount and we also have a suggested training plan on our website for the Mini Marathon.
