It operates as a social enterprise and aims to deliver high quality education through technology and training to Irish schools, community groups and any other organisation with an education focus that is working with disadvantaged and under resourced communities. Camara Ireland sources its computers from Camara’s computer reuse operation and works all over Ireland. It’s vision is “an Ireland where world class education is accessible to all”.

To date Camara Ireland have supplied over 70 schools and community centres with over 1,200 computers and has trained 300 teachers and youth workers.
