Many thanks for your patience over the past few weeks while the new workshop has been closed to volunteers.
I am delighted to tell you that after a successful health and safety check this morning we shall be open to volunteers from Tuesday 26th February at 10am!
There is a large number of PCs waiting to be processed; they are overdue for Ethiopia, Tanzania, Kenya and Rwanda.
You are welcome to drop down to the the workshop at a time that suits you, although don’t forget to bring your steel toe cap boots.
You will find the new Camara workshop at 10-13 Thomas Street, Dublin 8. When walking down Thomas Street, away from Christ Church, there is a building called IAWS on the right. Directly across the road from there is a red brick building, if you go through the archway and cobbled drive you will find us. Free parking is available.
In the new workshop all volunteers must be registered, it would be great if you could do this in advance of coming to the workshop. Registration forms can be completed on line at http://www.camara.ie/volunteer/dublin/application.php (some of you have already completed this form; there is no need to do so again. Africa 07 and 08 volunteers also do not need to complete it).
A reminder of our opening hours:
Monday 10am – 6pm
Tuesday 10am – 8pm
Wednesday 10am – 6pm
Thursday 10am – 9pm
Friday 10am -6pm
Saturday 10am – 4pm
We look forward to seeing you Tuesday,
All at Camara
