Last Thursday, Alexander Basic School in Manchester was the first of six schools in the parish to receive computers through a partnership through Camara Jamaica and the Digicel Foundation. The following day, the 75 students at Woodhall Basic School received five computers and one laptop packed with educational software.

Last year, the two foundations partners to install 500 computers in schools across the island, and continue to work together to spread digital literacy to those in disadvantaged areas.
