Some Student Stories

PICTURE OF RAHEL

“My Name is Rahel. I am 11 years old and I am in grade 3. For the first time that I saw a computer was on text book and I asked my sister what it was. She told me the name and I told that I will learn more about it when I grow up. From time to time I see it on TV, and it looks fun when people use it. I still don’t know what it does but am sure it is very entertaining.”

PICTURE OF ESHETU WENDIMU

“My name is Eshetu Wendimu I am 11 years old and in grade 2. I have 2 sisters and 3 brothers. I first saw a computer on TV we were watching a movie with my brother and I asked him what it was he only told me the name and when I asked him what is does he was unable to answer the question I don’t know what it does or how it works but I think I will be happy to know and learn.”
