Bringing AI to Classrooms in Africa
Support AI Learning for All
Why this Matters?
Where a child is born should not determine the quality of their education. Yet, in many parts of Africa, children lack even the most basic access to digital tools.
With the right technology, we can change that.
Through this initiative, we aim to provide schools in Kenya, Ethiopia,Tanzania and Zambia with powerful AI-assisted, offline learning tools, tailored to local needs, accessible without internet, and fully secure.
This is not just a donation to technology. It is an investment in equity, opportunity, and the future of education.
Introducing the Camara AI Assistant
The Camara AI Assistant is a locally integrated, fast, offline solution designed to support both teachers and students by:
- Generating lesson plans, quizzes and answers aligned to national curricula
- Supporting literacy, coding and creative learning
- Making learning more personalised, accessible and effective
- Acting as a writing assistant and basic coding tutor
- Suggesting follow-up learning topics
- Understanding and integrating local textbooks
- Ensuring complete privacy with no internet required
The tool integrates with Camara’s usage data capture system (CCNMS) to monitor impact and usage data at the classroom level, guiding ongoing support and scale-up potential.
Thank You
At Camara Education, we believe access to digital tools is a basic right, not a privilege. Your support enables us to deliver not only equipment, but the means for children across Africa to build brighter, more connected futures.
Thank you for believing in the power of education and the promise of AI to close the opportunity gap.
