Ibolya Nemeth

Ibolya Nemeth – Chief Executive Officer

Ibolya joined Camara Education as CEO in 2024, bringing more than 25 years’ experience across the charity, publishing, retail, and media sectors. Prior to joining Camara, she held senior leadership roles at Bob Books, Dance Ireland, and BBC Worldwide, with a focus on digital transformation, organisational growth, fundraising, customer engagement, and operational leadership.

As CEO, Ibolya leads Camara Education’s strategic direction and oversees operations across Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia, Ireland, the UK, and the US. She works closely with governments, donors, corporate partners, and international agencies to expand access to digital learning in underserved communities.

Under her leadership, Camara is strengthening its focus on AI-enabled, offline-first education solutions, helping schools operate effectively in low-connectivity environments while improving digital and transferable skills for both teachers and students.

Ibolya also leads Camara’s fundraising, partnerships, governance, and organisational development, supporting the charity’s long-term sustainability and growth.

She holds a BA (Hons) in Marketing Management from the University of Westminster.


 

Anita McWilliams – Director of Fundraising & Strategic Partnerships

Anita McWilliams has been with Camara Education since 2018, holding various roles before becoming the Director of African Operations in 2020. She holds a BSc in Criminology and Criminal Justice and a BSc in Social Work from the University of Ulster. With a strong background in Child Protection, Anita has spent over 16 years leading projects in Africa, focusing on Education, Child Protection, and Youth Programming. Anita is currently based in Zambia, where she oversees Camara’s operations across multiple African countries.

Daragh Tallon

Daragh Tallon – Customer Service and Logistics

Daragh is a dedicated professional with a strong background in customer service and logistics. He joined Camara in 2021 from Irish Ferries and has been a strong addition to the team. His communication skills and easy manner have led to him developing excellent relations with our customers to organise IT asset collections through our partners, ensuring a seamless process that supports the charity’s mission.
 
He is also pursuing a business studies degree at night to further enhance his knowledge and skills to develop his career in the business world.

Mark Fox – Sales Executive

Mark processes all computer equipment donor enquiries – he is a sustainability-focused business professional with a wealth of experience within the circular economy sector. Mark first joined Camara Education in 2009 and rejoined in 2025.  Mark’s role is focussed on building Camara’s Education’s footprint as the ‘go to’ circular economy solution for all organisations replacing IT equipment.  
 
Mark has a BSc Marketing Management Honours degree from Trinity College Dublin and more recently graduated with a Climate Resilience for Business certificate from Atlantic Technological University.

Sharon McNulty

Sharon McNulty – Accountant

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies (Accounting) from TU Dublin and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

 Has over 20 years of diverse experience in finance, spanning various sectors, including hospitality, retail, recycling, and charities, both in Ireland and abroad.

Joined Camara in 2018 and is  passionate about empowerment through education.
