Justina C.K. Muyambo – Impact and Partnership Officer
Justina C.K Muyambo has recently joined the Camara Zambia team as Impact and Partnership Officer. Justina holds an MBA in Management Strategy from the University of Zambia(UNZA) and BSc in Computer Science from DMI St Eugene University. With over ten years of experience working in ICT and implementing projects with a particular focus on monitoring and evaluation, Justina brings a wealth of experience to the team
Within her role, Justina will be working to foster strategic partnerships and scaling up initiatives for Camara Zambia to ensure impact, sustainability and stakeholder engagement. Justina’s strategic planning and technical skills as well as her experience in project evaluation and analysis will support Camara Zambia to increase impact within the organisation.


Cynthia Nkowane – Finance Manager
Cynthia Nkowane joined Camara Zambia in 2017 as Finance Manager and advises that her past 8 years has been an exciting journey. Cynthia holds a degree in Financial Accounting and has over 20 years in the industry with a specialized focus in financial management and office administration. Cynthia’s background in Marketing Intelligence, Education Book Publishing and Child Rights has been an added advantage to her role as she has been able to support the team with a number of other key activities including HR and being the Safeguarding Focal Point Person within the team.
Cynthia advises that she is committed to delivering precise and insightful financial solutions in ensuring the financial planning, oversight and reporting for project funding meets the expected standards for Camara Education, donors and government. Cynthia is passionate about the impact of Camara’s work for the students and communities we serve.
Francis Chupi – Technical Manager
Technical Manager, Francis Chupi, has been with the organisation since 2009 having joined as one of the first volunteers when Camara was established in Zambia. Within his first years with Camara, Francis worked as a volunteer and gained experience across a number of departments before being appointed as Head of the Technical Department in Camara’s Digital Hub, in Kitwe, Copperbelt Province before becoming technical manager when operations moved to Lusaka. With experience in Linux administration, Networking, equipment maintenance and fibre optics, Francis leads all the technical activities for Camara Zambia. His knowledge of the many schools which Camara has worked with over the years and his experience in ensuring that schools are fully supported with the utilisation of their labs has been instrumental in the success of Camara’s projects in Zambia over the years.
Francis advises that he joined Camara because he wanted to contribute and achieve a place where everyone in Zambia including teachers, students and underprivileged communities can access technology. He believes that technology never sleeps and is excited about the continuous technical developments within the organisation which helps ensure greater outcomes for our student’s projects.
Richard Moonga – Driver and Office Assistant
Richard Moonga joined the Camara Zambia team in 2015 as a Driver and Office Assistant. He brings with him over 30 years of driving experience, along with strong technical and mechanical skills. Having worked on various projects with many organisations over the years, Richard has gained more than 15 years of organizational experience, which is evident in his reliable and efficient performance.
In addition to his driving duties, Richard is responsible for day-to-day clerical tasks and office maintenance. He also supports the Technical Manager during the dispatch process by assisting with device cleanups and packaging, playing a key role in ensuring smooth logistics and operations.
