A Step by Step Guide

At Camara Education we have account managers who will be there to assist you throughout the whole collection process. So wherever in the world we’re picking up from, you can be reassured that you will always have direct contact with a Camara member of staff.

Secure Transport

Camara works very closely with its ITAD partners to deliver an equipment collection and processing service of the highest standard. We have a simple but tried-and-trusted procedure and aim to make the whole process as easy as possible for our partners.

Your equipment is collected and transported by GPS-tracked to one of our partners’ secure processing facilities.-3
  1. Complete our online collection request form.
  2. Send over a list of your assets.
  3. Our ITAD partners will assess the details and asset list.
  4. We arrange a date and time that suits you
  5. Our ITAD partners collect the equipment.
  6. Secure transport transfers it to their facility.
  7. Every item is logged, processed appropriately and data permanently erased.
  8. Full Audit reports including data erasure and destruction certificates are issued.
  9. We share reports to show the social and environmental impact of your donation.
